The iPad works fine and is currently running iOS 14.2 (if that's important to you). I just stopped using it. Screen is free from cracks or scratches. Three of the four corners have dents which don’t affect the performance of the device. It comes with a Magic Keyboard and an Apple Pencil 2 (the pencil has an engraving). The keyboard is brand new but has an old removable skin on it. The skin is beat up, but the keyboard itself is in 98/100 condition. I'm open to negotiations, but please, no lowball offers.
