Budweiser King Of Beers Clock clydesdales

1985 clock. Glass is cracked as pictured. Does plug in and the motor to the clock works but I don’t see the hands moving. Did not try the bulbs as they appear burnt out and I don’t have replacements. Has been in storage probably since 1990. It is dirty and I did clean it but could be cleaned better. I believe this was in the local liquor store as the man was a friend of my dads, and there appears to be dried paint to the front of the clock. I did scrape some off but some remains. As is. I have read people do add a new clock motor to these but I am not qualified to do that.
