This is an antique stoneware jug with lots of character. It features a dark brown glaze with a rustic finish, and includes it's original corncob stopper! This handmade example of utilitarian pottery has made the transition to modern day distinctive antique. Size: 10 inches tall x 5½ inches wide. Perfect for collectors of vintage pottery, farmhouse decor, or as an antique accent in an otherwise contemporary setting. The only imperfections are two areas of sloppy glaze application (photo #6) and three glaze scrapes on the lip (photo #7).
