This is one of those great vintage pieces that reminds you why vintage is just better. Every detail of this necklace is just perfect. The plating is still thick and bright. The double links each direction make it very sturdy and substantial. If you look closely the links are graduated in size, small to large, inside to out. This makes the inside row shorter and the outside row longer, which forces the necklace to curve properly. The bow style wide clasp is strong enough to hold a substantial necklace, and it’s just a beautiful detail. Because of the chainmail type construction it drapes gracefully over collar bones and shoulders. It measures 18 long and about 1.25 wide.
